1) Using a combination of your own reflection on the preliminary exercise and the feedback you were given, write two WWW bullet points (What Went Well) and two Next Step bullet points for your preliminary exercise. 

WWW:

-I managed to use a range of different clips for my video.

-Somewhat of a clear narrative and have some good dialogue.


Next step:

-To improve on making a narrative story line

-Add more clips relevant to the topic of my video

-Add more close up shots,long shots 


2) What have you learned from the preliminary exercise that will help you in the actual coursework project? List three things you have learned or will do differently as a result of this exercise. You may want to comment on organisation, actors, filming, editing or something else entirely but be specific.

1. Very good demonstration of cinematography which matches the choice of song. You have a good level of technical ability which is demonstrated through your editing

2. You have clearly met this brief outline, and a clear narrative has been established in such a short amount of time

 

Next steps:

1.  Just ensure that you quality assure your production – there are a couple of moments where you look at the camera (remember to cut the clip at the right moment)

2. Continue to establish either a narrative or performance element so that your music video is able to promote people to improve their quality of life in their community

Advertising CSP 1: OMO print advert

 1) What year was the advert produced?   This advert is produced in 1955. 2) How were women represented in most adverts in the 1950s?
